We do not offer refunds for change of mind.

Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order as soon as it arrives and contact us immediately if your item is defective, damaged, incorrect, or if anything is missing from your order. You can email us at contact@premade.nz or submit the issue through the Report an Issue page. We will assess the issue and do our best to make it right.
Non returnable items
As our products include perishable goods, we do not accept returns or provide refunds for change of mind. We also do not accept returns for sale items or gift cards.
