How Premade Works
Step 1: Place your order 1
Choose your meals and check out before the cut-off time.
Step 2: We cook fresh and pack your box 2
Meals are cooked fresh daily, packed, and prepared for chilled delivery.
Step 3: Delivered chilled to your door 3
Your order arrives chilled and ready to refrigerate.
Step 4: Heat & eat when you’re ready 4
Heating instructions are included with every meal.
Tracking your order
You'll receive a tracking link once your order is dispatched. Tracking may take a short time to activate after the courier scans your parcel. If your tracking link hasn't updated after a few hours, contact us and we'll help.
Not home when the courier arrives?
We recommend leaving delivery instructions (safe place) where available and refrigerating your meals as soon as possible after delivery.
Rural Delivery
At this stage, we do not deliver to rural addresses for chilled meals. If you're rural, we recommend using a non-rural address where possible. Use the address validator in the cart to check.
Delivery fees
Delivery fees are calculated at checkout based on your address. Free shipping on orders over $120.
Minimum order
The minimum order is 6 meals.
