Freshness isn't a marketing line — it's how we operate. Here's exactly what we mean when we say "fresh".

Tracking your order

You'll receive a tracking link once your order is dispatched. Tracking may take a short time to activate after the courier scans your parcel. If your tracking link hasn't updated after a few hours, contact us and we'll help.

Not home when the courier arrives?

We recommend leaving delivery instructions (safe place) where available and refrigerating your meals as soon as possible after delivery.

Rural Delivery

At this stage, we do not deliver to rural addresses for chilled meals. If you're rural, we recommend using a non-rural address where possible. Use the address validator in the cart to check.

Delivery fees

Delivery fees are calculated at checkout based on your address. Free shipping on orders over $120.

Shelf Life

How long our meals stay fresh and how to store them properly.

  • Fridge: 4 days from delivery

  • Freezer: Up to 3 months (freeze before the Best Before date)

Heating Instructions

Microwave:
Remove cardboard sleeve and pierce film. Microwave on high for 3 minutes. Carefully peel back film, stir, then heat for 1 more minute. Leave to sit for 1 minute, stir, and enjoy.

Oven:
Preheat to 180°C, remove film, cover with foil and heat for 12–15 minutes until piping hot.

Storage

Remove cardboard sleeve and pierce film. Microwave on high for 3 minutes. Carefully peel back film, stir, then heat for 1 more minute. Leave to sit for 1 minute, stir, and enjoy.

Our meals are cooked fresh daily and delivered chilled. Never frozen before delivery.
What days do you deliver?
Every Wednesday and Friday, NZ-wide (non-rural addresses only).
What's the minimum order?
6 meals.
How long do the meals last?
4 days in the fridge, or up to 3 months frozen.
