How do I reheat the meals?

Microwave: remove sleeve, pierce film, 3 minutes on high, peel back and stir, 1 more minute, sit 1 minute, eat. Oven: 180°C, remove film, cover with foil, 12 to 15 minutes until piping hot. Heating instructions are also on each meal label.
