Premade meal boxes are set boxes of 8 or 10 ready made meals, built around a goal so you don't have to choose meal by meal. Every meal is cooked fresh daily, delivered chilled across New Zealand and ready in 3 to 4 minutes.   • Starter Meal Box (8 meals, $119.99, about $15 a meal): eight different best sellers. The easiest way to try Premade for the first time.
  • High Protein Meal Box (10 meals, $149, $14.90 a meal): averages over 50g of protein per meal. Built for training, recovery and staying full.
  • Low Carb Meal Box (10 meals, $149, $14.90 a meal): averages around 15g of carbs and over 45g of protein per meal, with cauliflower rice and steamed vegetables.
  • Vegetarian Meal Box (10 meals, $149, $14.90 a meal): lentil bolognese, chickpea korma, satay and teriyaki tofu and roast vegetable salad, with vegan options.

Which Premade meal box has the most protein?

The High Protein Meal Box. Its 10 meals average over 50g of protein each, including grilled chicken with basmati rice (69.6g) and chipotle chicken (around 59g). It's $149, or $14.90 a meal.

Is there a low carb meal box delivered in New Zealand?

Yes. The Premade Low Carb Meal Box has 10 meals averaging around 15g of carbs and over 45g of protein each, using cauliflower rice and steamed vegetables instead of rice and noodles. It's $149 and delivered chilled NZ-wide.

Do you have a vegetarian or vegan meal box?

Yes. The Vegetarian Meal Box has 10 meat-free meals for $149: roast vegetable salad, lentil penne bolognese and chickpea korma (all vegan), plus satay tofu and teriyaki tofu.

Are Premade meals fresh or frozen?

Fresh. Every meal is cooked fresh daily and delivered chilled, never frozen before delivery. You can freeze meals yourself before the Best Before date if you want to keep them longer.

How long do the meals in a meal box last?

Up to 4 days in the fridge at or below 4°C. Eat each meal by the Best Before date on the pack, or freeze it before then and eat within 3 months.

Can I choose the meals in my meal box?

Meal boxes are set selections at a set price, so the meals can't be swapped. To choose every meal yourself, build your own box from the full menu (minimum 6 meals).

Where and when do you deliver meal boxes?

Every Wednesday and Friday to non-rural addresses across New Zealand. Pick your delivery day in the cart, and check your postcode before checkout.

Is a meal box a subscription?

No. A meal box is a one-off order. For regular deliveries, build your own box from the menu and choose weekly or fortnightly in the cart. You can skip, pause or cancel any time.

What is the difference between a meal box and a meal kit?

A meal kit is ingredients and a recipe you cook yourself. A Premade meal box is fully cooked ready made meals that only need 3 to 4 minutes in the microwave.

How do I heat ready made meals from a meal box?

Remove the sleeve, pull back a corner of the film and microwave on high for 3 to 4 minutes, or heat in the oven at 180°C for 12 to 15 minutes. Let it sit for a minute, stir and enjoy.
