How Much Are Ready Made Meals in NZ?

Every Premade meal is $14.99, $15.99 or $16.99. The minimum order is 6 meals. Delivery is worked out at checkout by region and order total: for orders under $150 it's $25 to the North Island, $15 to the South Island and $10 in Southland. A meal box of 8 or 10 meals is $119.99 to $149. New customers get 5% off their first order when they sign up to our emails.

Are Ready Made Meals Healthy?

It depends on the meal and what you need. Every Premade meal has a full nutrition panel and ingredient list on its page, so you can see the protein, carbs, fat and calories before you order. Our meals range from 327 to 815 calories, and most have 30g of protein or more. If you're watching carbs, the cauliflower rice and steamed vegetable versions are the lowest. For a medical diet, check with a health professional first.

Ready Made Meals Delivered Wednesday and Friday

We deliver every Wednesday and Friday to non-rural addresses NZ-wide. Pick your day in the cart and confirm your postcode before checkout. Meals are cooked fresh daily and arrive chilled. Keep them in the fridge at or below 4C and eat within 4 days, or freeze before the Best Before date and eat within 3 months. To heat, remove the sleeve, pull back a corner of the film and microwave on high for 3 to 4 minutes, or oven heat at 180C for 12 to 15 minutes.
